Caryn was a wonderful host. Great communicator with all the details about the farm, our quarters and the area. We really enjoyed our stay and walking the farm, amongst all the animals. This included the new members from Lady, their wonderful dog with her puppies. The living space was large, inviting, clean and well stocked. Caryn and Brant are great hosts. Thank you!

Amazing amazing place. If you want peace and quiet you must stay here. The couch was so comfortable. The studio was decorated beautifully. The kitchen was well stocked. It even had an air fryer and an instant pot. They had a stock pool to cool down but we never left the couch. We highly recommend this place. Plus you can buy delicious meat and dairy products. And grill them right outside the apartment. Just perfect. Caryn was a great hosts. Super helpful and attentive. We would definitely go back!

Wonderful getaway location in a peaceful, private farm setting. Hosts were friendly and attentive but not obtrusive. At our request they gave us a great "farm tour", but otherwise left us to do our own thing.

Caryn and her husband were outstanding hosts.
This beautiful gem made my work trip well worth it. Had all the necessary amenities I needed. I had a busy work trip, but this place had all the peace and quiet I needed.
What a view! I highly recommend taking a dip in the pool and walking around the area. Enjoy the scenery.

Thank you so much for sharing your lovely place with us! We came to visit my husband while he’s out of town for work and brought our three boys (7 weeks, 3, and 6). The house had everything we needed and was so clean, cozy, and welcoming — it truly felt like a home away from home.
We loved taking a day trip to Glen Rose, TX, where we explored Fossil Rim Wildlife Safari and Dinosaur Valley State Park — both just about an hour away and perfect for the kids. In the evenings, sitting outside and looking up at the stars was the perfect way to end our days.
We appreciated your quick communication, easy check-in, and the peaceful location close to everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again soon!

Brant and Caryn are absolutely the best and so is this property. Its incredibly peaceful and has everything you could ask for. we spent countless nights just watching the stars and talking with the cattle. Also the added bonus of being able to get produce from their personal farm was a dream come true.
